Der Redbreast 27 Jahre Ruby Port Cask ist ein Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, der mit 54,6 % vol. in Fassstärke abgefüllt wurde. Er reifte 27 Jahre in klassischen Bourbon- und Oloroso-Sherryfässern und erhielt anschließend ein Finish in Ruby Port Pipes. Er ist nicht kühlfiltriert und ungefärbt, ohne Zusatzstoffe.
